These images explore the power and shape of industrial buildings and structures, their interplay with each other and nature, and their eventual destruction. Although generally considered aesthetically undesirable, these structures are an unavoidable part of our landscape, an evolving combination of the natural and the created. These images attempt to move beyond regarding industry as an invasive disturbance, and recognize it as a fundamental element of our current existence, inorganic, yet one that has been appropriated by our surroundings.
